If you are in need of design expertise in the Dallas area, look no further! I recently shopped at Casa di Lino and had a wonderful experience. The owner and staff went above and beyond to design and install the custom curtains in my home. The turnaround time on my order was quick and the quality was exceptional. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My experience with Casa di Lino started out wonderfully. The staff and owner were eager to help with a large project I was working on...I ended up purchasing over $8k in product.

I made the mistake of not reading the bottom line of the sales order which clearly states no returns. After getting a little farther into the project, I realized around $1500 of the $8000 was not going work.

Through some difficult negotiations, we came to a reasonable compromise on the return items.

The reason for my review is how it was handled. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales person, much less an owner. She spoke down to me and scolded me. Her demeanor was catty and made me feel terrible.

I am a small business owner myself, and I understand the pressure, but there is never a reason to treat people badly.

My reason for writing this review isn't to keep customers away as much as hopefully leading to a more respectful demeanor from the owner.

I think it is always right to encourage kindness. We have enough bad in the world.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had in Dallas. Beautiful store, amazing merchandise and a knowledgeable staff made my custom bedding order go seamlessly painless and soooooo exciting. The products offered looked, felt, and priced out beautifully considering it’s Italian origin. I was originally ordering my master bedroom bedding from Bergdorf Goodman’s, but found the collection pulled by the design staff a Casa Di Lino exceed the design direction I was originally shown elsewhere. Thank you!!!!

A little overpriced, but you can't beat the quality of their fabric. Staff are extremely nice, not pretentious at all, and it's always a pleasure shopping here. We've bought multiple products, each is a cherished treasure that brings joy and comfort to our home.

All I can say is, OMG! I dealt with Jessica, the store owner, and one of her associates named Sharon. First of all, the quality of merchandise and service I received was akin to Stanley Korshak or Neiman Marcus; however, I feel this store is superior to either of the aforementioned.

The personal service and design expertise Jessica provided was invaluable. I showed her a few pics of the space I was working on. She made suggestions and allowed me to take some of the items home to see how they’d work in the space. Everything was a perfect fit! I purchased everything she suggested.

I guess my closing remarks are that the service, level-of-trust, and attention I received was truly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.

If you come to Dallas you must see this store. It’s truly unbelievable!

I don’t normally write reviews but...This place was a step above. My wife was like a kid in a candy store! The staff was woderfull and on my second trip (without the wife) the owner Jessica helped me pick out a few gifts that were a big hit. Also I have to mention a lady named Sharon, super classy, so polite and literally held my naive hand a few times while trying to get a feel for what my wife might like or dislike.Southern charm at its finest!! She showed me an italian scarf that definately got me some brownie points with the “Boss”. I always thought that sheets were sheets until my wife drug me into casa de lino. I was 100% wrong and will be sleeping in luxury from now on.

I love this place. I was able to fine beautiful bedding and bath accessories for my new home so I decide to check it out for a project. There are so many choices in merchandise and the staff help me with making selections while staying in budget. Friendly and professional.
