Very friendly hostess who helps you on your way to discover the area. Rooms are quite basic but clean. The view is superb!

If you leave the residence on foot, be aware that you have quite a steep hill you have to climb when coming back!

Ossuccio is a very good place to visit the most beautiful spots of Como Lake. But this residence is absolute recommand by us! It was a very nice and warm welcome with cold water and wine in the fridge. We had appt 2b with a beautiful view. The airco wasn’t working good and they solved it within 1 hour. Appt is well equiped. Very happy that we could put the car in the big garage. We would highly reccomend this residence to friends and family. Do visit all the villa’s and gardens, hire a boot, etc

Well appointed, large 2nd story villa. Everything we needed, great kitchen, large bathrooms, free washing machine and wifi. The view was the highlight of our accomodation, was amazing!! Close enough to the supermarket and ferry rides to explore other lake locations, with the only downside being the big hill to climb back up at the end of the day. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of the year for the kids, but they did use it - very well maintained beautiful grounds.

We stayed here as a family of four with a 9 and 5 year old. They loved the pool and the nooks and crannies in our top floor apartment. We found it very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was simple but adequate. Washing clothes was free. Ossuccio is well placed for walks and adventures. There is a playground a few minutes walk away, and the greenway del lago from Ossuccio to Lenno is the best part of the walk with kids. The owner was friendly and spoke enough English. It is a bit of a walk to the supermarket but being away from the road means no traffic noise.

Ottimo residence in bella posizione sopra lenno. Appartamenti nuovi e spaziosi e ben puliti con tanto spazio esterno privato . In più la bellissima zona piscina con macchinetta per The e caffè . Uso della lavatrice gratuito che non è poco quando si è in vacanza in tanti! Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi! Si possono raggiungere i negozi a piedi facendo una passeggiata e nelle vicinanze la bellissima Green way che sovrasta il lago, la villa balbianello e un santuario bellissimo da cui si gode una vista meravigliosa sul lago. Outstanding views, with wifi, dishwasher, and washing machine all included. The manager was more than helpful as nothing was a problem. It is very close to water taxis, spectacular tourist hotspots, restaurants, etc., but is a peaceful place to stay. The rooms were very spacious, very clean and tidy.

Just back from a week at Residence Letizia in Ossuccio Italy. The scenery was breath-taking. This was our first visit to Italy, and we certainly made an excellent choice in both location and accommodation. We were spoilt with exceptionally hot weather for the time of year too! Manuella, our host, made us feel instantly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to help us get the very most from our visit to Ossuccio. We would not hesitate to recommend her comfortable accommodation to anyone. It was fantastic value, and we hope to return again soon. A big thumbs up!

The residence is a family run business and is amazing. Great location with an amazing view of lake como (see photo from our terrace).|Also the village location is great. On a nice village close to Lenno that is very relaxed and nice with easy reach of the famous Bellagio village.|The staff is super friendly and helped in anything we needed.|Moreover they gave us a larger apartment free of charge.||I would highly recommend this place.
