Highly recommendation to shop with confidence. ERA is now way better than before. Especially, they have an excellent, professional, and quick problem-solved management team (Adam and Tibor). Their products are much much better than before they moved to the new building. They are always responsible for their products after sale.

I placed more than 30 orders since Feb 2024; there are some minor issues on some of my orders. In overall, their products are excellent, only 5% to 10% minor issues. I had been thinking of whether or not to bring this issue to their management team to see how they responded to my concerns.

They are very impressed and even offered me free shipment label to return, or giving me back partial refund.....finally they refunded for 2 laptops that i purchased from them... even i just wanted to get a credit for exchange. They stand on their products for 30 days warranty.....We will continue to order more from them, and highly recommend anyone to try it.

Would urge caution if ordering for delivery... there's no face-to-face or recipient verification or even notification of delivery. Just a cardboard package on the front step with Calgary Computer Wholesale listed as the sender address on the shipping label. Wrapped inconspicuously, but that's just making it a nice gift-wrapped present for the porch pirates.

I've ordered 6 times in just under the last year and have generally been quite happy with each order up until the last one just a few days ago. Items are usually as described, accurate to pictures and clean with no surprises, ship quickly and packed very well.

There were some subtle issues with the network switch I had ordered that lead to a larger issue. Customer support was excellent, they replied to me within 1 business day had the issue resolved the same day, far less stressful than dealing with sketchy Ebay sellers. Another happy customer
