I visited this location today and saw this Louis Vuitton purse that was brown and it was this other lady looking at it before I was and so I asked the guy I think his name was Art but he is Hispanic,I can’t remember I know it was or something and he said well no I’m gonna hold it for her because she’s a regular and she will come back for it and from my knowledge I thought pawn shops aren’t supposed to hold anything for customers, but he said he was holding it for her and I’m trying to find out like is that your policy or procedures. But I will not visit this location again very poor decision making at that location .But it gets 0 stars for me .

Staff has changed over the last 2 years, they've gone down hill. They wouldn't let me pawn my $2500 custom gaming pc for $500. Find a different pawn shop. Wouldn't even help me carry it in while injured.
